History and Birth of SaSà

Our restaurant was born from an idea and a desire of Giuseppe and Denise to give body and shape to a passion for cooking, pizza and all quality food products, thus building a new reality in our country, Sorso (Sardinia).

Focusing on this desire, we have therefore made a first choice with typical dishes of our tradition and Italian cuisine, but which at the same time tends to follow the times with the evolution of today’s world in the gastronomic sector.

To date we have decided to create a different proposal, simple and always in continuous evolution that knows how to keep together tradition and innovation, thus characterizing our PIZZERIA menu, with the choice of both the classic pizza but above all the innovative GOURMET PIZZA that combines the taste of pizza but also that of a fish or meat dish.

All this without ever neglecting the new target of customers, Vegetarians, gluten intolerant and also the menu for your children.
